Family Film Model Families Needed this Winter 2025

Family films are only on sale ONCE a year, so if you've been thinking about it, now's your time!

Book through the end of 2024 and choose any date* in 2025. You'll qualify for 2024's pricing (collections increase January 1, 2025!).

BUT, I'm currently looking for a handful of "model" families that will allow me to bring another videographer to the session.

This videographer will be focusing on doing videos/stills of ME filming you. These families will still get the full, family film experience, but can save!

• Not all dates will be filled. A limited number of model family sessions are available. Please read details below for more.

Details (Please Read!)

• Apply to be a Model Family by hitting the button(s) on this page

• Complete the form & choose a time for a quick call (both found once you hit the "Apply to be a Model Family" button)

• Jen will personally reach out with contract & retainer link if you are chosen. You'll be notified either way! If you are not chosen, you may qualify for an incentive to book at a later date.

• Not everyone who applies will be chosen as a model family. A limited number of model family sessions are available.

• Full terms can be found in the contract, but model families must agree to allow a second videographer into their home to take video of Jen while she films/photographs your family

• Dates for model families must fall in January-April 2025 (full list of dates found above)

• If you'd prefer not to be a model family, you can still save by checking out the Family Film Sale here and book anytime during 2025.

• Upon booking, a $350 deposit is required to reserve the booking. Remainder of payments will be spread out with final payment due one week prior to the session.

• Emerald Everyday sessions include 35+ digital images. A password protected online gallery will be live for one week once digital proofs are available. Clients must choose their favorites within the one week period or may be subject to additional fee. All chosen images will be fully edited & touched up. Additional digitals may be purchased via artwork credits.

• Emerald VIP sessions includes all the digital images from the session fully edited, touched up (typically between 40 & 60).
