• Inquire and book a family film session with Emerald Rue (options listed above) by the end of 2024 to receive current pricing. Film session may take place anytime during 2025 (subject to date agreement between photographer & client). Date does not need to be set in stone to book!

• Complete booking by signing the contract and paying the retainer by Friday, December 6, 2024 and receive $100 off booking price.

• Sessions purchased during the Family Film Sale must be completed in 2025. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of discount and client agrees to pay the full amount at then current prices at the time of booking.

• Upon booking, a $350 deposit is required to reserve the booking. Remainder of payments will be spread out with final payment due one week prior to the session.

• Emerald Everyday sessions include 35+ digital images. A password protected online gallery will be live for one week once digital proofs are available. Clients must choose their favorites within the one week period or may be subject to additional fee. All chosen images will be fully edited & touched up. Additional digitals may be purchased via artwork credits.

• Emerald VIP sessions includes all the digital images from the session fully edited, touched up (typically between 40 & 60).
